If you would like to be considered as a prospective home for one of my puppies please fill in the following Adoption Questionnaire.
Please understand, this is NOT a form to purchase a puppy, this form is only to notify me that you would be interested in being considered as a prospective home. Below is my questionnaire.
It is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers.
It is a tool to assist me in getting to know you better, and to assess what additional information you may require in order for you and a puppy to get off to a good start.
I also use it as a guide in placing the right puppy in the right home, I am very protective of my puppies.
The same care and love is given to each puppy, be it a family pet companion or my best show potential puppy.
I want only the very best for them and in turn I want them to give you, as they mature and develop, the very best back. In this day and age when millions of dogs are being destroyed in animal control centers across the United States, we all need to be very careful and give heartfelt consideration before we breed and add to the problems of the times.
This is why I keep tract of my puppies throughout their entire life and none of my breeding stock, if sold to you may ever be bred except by mutual agreement between us.
My kennel name will follow me for generations and generations, and my responsibility to the breed must go way beyond my reputation in placing puppies in good homes.
It must in fact be concerned about grand, great-grand, and great-great grand puppies.
My responsibility to you is in education, which hopefully in time you will be able to pass on to others involved with the breed. Please take time to answer the questions carefully, and truthfully.
This breed is truly the "Rolls Royce" of the dog world and the true joy in my breeding has been to place puppies in the wonderful homes they now live in and to become friends with many of the owners and in turn watching many of them become friends with each other......the dog, their common ground, and love.
